Question Response
I am having trouble accessing the site. What should I do?
If you're experiencing difficulties accessing the Linked Learner Hub, please contact LLH-Support@nptcgroup.ac.uk for assistance.
How do I find out the person code of my learner, to request to link myself to them?
Your learner can find their person code on their Learner Hub homepage or on their Student ID card/lanyard.
I’ve requested to link myself to my learner. How do they accept/grant me permission?
The learner needs to log in to their Learner Hub account and navigate to Access Permissions in the menu bar. From here, they can review anyone who has requested access and grant permission.
How can I provide consent for my learner?
Each academic year, parents and guardians will be able to provide consent through the Linked Learner Hub for Educational Visits, AI Use in Education, and Digital Loan Agreements for learners under 18.
How can I see application information for my learner?
Application details will be available for learners starting at the college for the first time once they have completed their application. You can track their application progress using the Application Links section. If an existing college learner applies for a different course, you will also be able to see this. However, learners continuing on their current course or progressing to the next level will not see application details in the hub.
How can I view assessment data?
Follow the link to Assessments under the Enrolled Learner Links section. Assessment result availability depends on whether the learner’s course uses the electronic Markbook, which is being gradually rolled out across the college
How can I view attendance data?
Follow the link to Attendance under the Enrolled Learner Links section. Attendance information depends on registers being marked by tutors, so if marks are not visible when you first check, please check back later.
How is the Linked Learner Hub connected to the existing Learner Hub?
The Linked Learner Hub is built within the same platform that learners use to access their information.
Some learner assessment information seems incomplete. Why is that?
Assessment result availability depends on whether the learner’s course uses the electronic Markbook, which is being gradually rolled out across the college. We understand the importance of having up-to-date information, and we are working closely with our academic schools to ensure results are recorded consistently. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve this process.
What's next for the Linked Learner Hub?
We are expanding access to all parents of learners under 18 from September 2025. Stay tuned for any further features and information within the site.
When will the exam timetable be available?
The exam timetable will be accessible through the Hub as each exam period approaches. We encourage you to check back closer to the time for the latest updates.
Will the Linked Learner Hub be available as an app?
Currently, there are no plans for a dedicated app. However, the hub is designed to be mobile-friendly and can be accessed through your web browser on any smartphone or tablet for convenience.
